Spatial Analysis

Using maps and data to answer questions about the where’s and why’s of real estate.

Data back from early in my college days, I have extensive experience conducting spatial analyses using ArcGIS and Google Earth, which I regularly use to support real estate investment decisions. With a minor in Geographic Information Science and Technology (GIST) from Texas A&M, I developed a strong foundation in mapping, spatial data interpretation, and location-based analytics. I use ArcGIS to extract and analyze demographic data, identify growth patterns, and evaluate the geographic context of potential development sites. This spatial insight allows me to uncover trends that inform site selection, market positioning, and overall investment strategy.

Below is an example of spatial analysis in ArcGIS Business Analyst Online, which is very similar to work I have done.
